Digital File Submission

 

To ensure acceptance of your digital file, submit a properly formatted press-optimized file with high resolution images (at least 300 dpi):

​

1. Preferred: PDF file (PDFx1a) or

2. High-resolution JPG – 300 dpi with low compression.

 

All ads submitted digitally are considered press-ready. Ads can be submitted by email or thumb drive. The ad, all fonts, art, logos, photos, and other used images should be included. It is best to convert fonts to outlines to ensure type appears as desired.
